Inshore fishing includes fishing in the salt marsh creeks of Murrells Inlet and/or fishing in the ocean on a series of artificial reefs within a 10 nautical mile radius from the entrance of Murrells Inlet. Depending on ocean conditions, species of fish we are targeting, and time of year determines where we fish. This trip is idea for those that are not sure of their sea legs. Inshore species of fish include; Flounder, Redfish, Trout, Sheepshead, Spade Fish, Black Drum, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Blue fish and Sharks.
Nearshore Trips starting at $575
Near shore fishing is done on a 10-25 nautical mile radius out of Murrells Inlet. There are two main types of fishing done near shore, trolling and bottom fishing. Trolling near shore targets King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Sharks and Barracuda by trolling either live bait, dead baits or artificial baits. Bottom fishing near shore is mostly done by fishing live bait on the bottom targeting several species of reef fish like Flounder, Giant Redfish, Sea Bass, Sheepshead, larger Spade fish, Sharks and more.
Come and enjoy the waters of Murrells Inlet on the Reel Salty. Its a 24' key west powered by twin Suzuki outboards. This boat will get you anywhere you want to fish from in the creeks of the inlet to 20 miles offshore. There is also a porta potty on board for the ladies
We have convenient parking at our slip, all the licenses and permits you need to fish with us and even clean and bag your catch at the end of the day. We do have a porta potty on board for the ladies for their convenience.
